Founded in 2004, Verte has evolved from a housing developer in Hulu Langat to a Singapore-listed company renowned for creating comfortable lifestyles. Verte is dedicated to excellence and enhancing quality of life, earning numerous awards along the way.

Company Overview

The Group started off with Lestari Ihsan, founded in 2003 from a humble beginning in the housing development sector in Hulu Langat. Over the years, we have meticulously cultivated a robust portfolio of over 1,000 charming homes. Our guiding principle has always been a commitment to product excellence, consistently delivering cost-effective homesadorned with fine decorations that have turned dreams into reality for over 1,300 proud homeowners.

Today, Lestari Ihsan has transformed into “Verte” expanded its operations to encompass the realms of property development. Our strong presence in the Klang Valley region is a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence, as evidenced by numerous international and national awards. As MD since 2015, he’s led high-profile projects, including a RM500m mixed development initiative in 2017. He also served as Construction Site Supervisor for a project exceeding RM100m in 2018. 

His passion for property development shines through his active involvement in project inception, planning, development, and marketing. With his leadership, knowledge, and experience, he continues to steer the organization toward success.

Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from UTAR, Stella brings 11 years of rich construction industry experience. Her expertise spans various project aspects, including pre/post-contract work, administration, quantity surveying, procurement, cost control, materials management, and more.

Stella collaborates seamlessly with project stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery. Her knack for assembling effective teams keeps costs low and waste minimal. Beyond technical skills, her leadership and communication uphold high standards and project profitability. Stella is committed to driving the company’s growth through her expertise and unwavering excellence.

Elaine Loke, with over 11 years in development and construction, holds an LCCI Diploma, excelling in financial reporting and account management.

Elaine is a vital asset, meticulously managing financial operations, including cash flows and tax planning. She’s the key point of contact for tax agents, auditors, and authorities, ensuring efficient processes.

Her extensive experience and dedication make her indispensable to the Group’s ongoing success. Elaine’s commitment to excellence as a board member is truly valued.

Weenie, with 9 years of HR and administrative experience, oversees SPA arrangements, communication with bankers and solicitors, and critical report submissions.

She excels in handling various tasks, including loan documentation, billings, collections, and title matters. She ensures prompt payments, loan approvals, and Form 14A execution.

Her meticulous work maintains our smooth operation and delivers top-tier customer service. Committed to customer satisfaction, she’s a key board member, fostering communication, accurate reporting, and seamless operations for Lestari Group’s success.

Muhammad Aizuddin, a skilled project manager in construction, brings 11+ years of Civil and Structure project expertise, holding a Diploma in Electrical from IKM, Kuala Lumpur.

He oversees project phases, including pre/post-contract work, administration, management, procurement, cost control, and more. He excels in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless project progress.

Actively involved in site tasks, he leads teams, sets timelines, resolves issues, and prioritizes stakeholder satisfaction. His expertise contributes to project success, completing projects on time, within budget, & to stakeholder satisfaction. He’s a highly esteemed, valuable team member.

He is a versatile Marketing Manager with a Bachelor of Creative Multimedia from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College (TARUC). With a strong foundation in research and strategic planning, he excels in shaping and presenting brands to the public. 

His expertise in visual concept development ensures alignment with company identity and marketing goals. He crafts compelling narratives and impactful campaigns, driving engagement and brand loyalty. He conducts in-depth marketing analysis, formulates robust strategies, and integrates SEO and SEM tactics to optimize online presence and boost search engine rankings. His holistic, data-driven approach ensures all marketing efforts are strategically sound and effectively implemented to achieve company objectives.
